Along the sacred valley the Inca people built many astronomical observatories to know the change of seasons, but this civilization was really prepared and advanced in the religion, astronomy and farming systems if the the Spanish wouldn't come to Peru the agricultural technics were would have been different because the Incas developed the best technic in the irrigation system even now a days we still astonish how the Inca terraces and the water channels are still working.

The Inca trail is one the pilgrimage roads to Machupicchu, we cannot imagine how many people worked building the watch towers and villages on trail according historians this trail was made between 14th and 15th centuries, for the Inca people never existed the impossible because they curved hard rocks, the first day you'll appreciate the magnificent archaeological sites and beautiful mountains.

Early transfer to Km82 for start Inca Trail (2750mts). Depending on the campsite, you will walk 04 to 06 hours. (3000-3300m.a.s.l) Inca trail hiking Do not forget to bring your passport and your positive thoughts!

The second day of the trail is considered the most difficult but the first day you'll walk a little more approximately 10 hours, once you rich the highest point you'll feel close to the sky and from there you'll appreciate the mountains which ones are considered as deities and protectors of the Andean people. when we do this trail we fell as the pilgrims of the Inka time because there are many watch towers and the windows are facing to the trail.

Campsite is located at 3600 ma s l aprox.

Today is the challenging day as we’ll get to the highest pass at 4200 m a s.l Walk slowly and try to keep your pace. This is not a race!! for all people who done Inca trail first day was always difficult but is just Psychological

.Second Campsite

The most interesting part of the trail and this part is 100 % original, on the way you'll visit Phuyupatamarka (city above the clouds) over there there is an astronomical observatory luxuriously built. the most important archaeological site is at the end of the day called Winaywayna that means forever young we suggest to visit this site

Machupicchu means the old mountain that is the name of the mountain because no one knows the real name of the Inka city when the conquerors were arriving to the Inka territory in 1532 all people and wise men abandoned the city and they went Vilcabamba. from the Cusco city the nobles went to Vilcabamba as well all this people took the sacred solar disk which was in Koricancha (sun's temple) the mos important religious symbol of the Andes.
